To evaluate both sides of the common carotid artery, renal artery, and femoral artery in Hypertension patient that cause of systemic arterial hypertension and/or the effects of target organ damage, both structural and functional markers.

The study of the first degree, both sides in some of the aortic branch group, the effect and/or cause of systemic arterial hypertension compared to normotension. According to the theory of systemic arterial hypertension, the arterial resistance and high blood volume flow causing systemic arterial hypertension, the cause of arterial resistance and high blood volume flow evaluation may trace back to the possible actual cause of systemic arterial hypertension by backward investigation. Despite the fact that target organ damage is the crucial maneuver of hypertension evaluation, both sides of the common carotid artery, renal artery, and femoral artery may cause systemic arterial hypertension and may imply that feasible to predict the end organ of stroke, ESRD, and amputated-type arterial occlusion, respectively.

Radiographic diameter in cm. of each side of one of Common Carotid Artery, Renal Artery and Femoral Artery
Any kind of radiographic measurement of Peak Systolic Velocity and/or End Diastolic Velocity (cm/s)
Time frame: 1 years
Radiographic measurement includes ultrasonography, CT/MR imaging, and intravascular contrast media imaging that measure the diameter in cm. unit of any side of common carotid artery and/or renal artery and/or femoral artery in hypertension patients.

Any kind of radiographic measurement one of Peak Systolic Velocity (cm/s) or End Diastolic Velocity (cm/s) of any side of Common Carotid Artery
Time frame: 1 year
Any kind of radiographic measurement one of Peak Systolic Velocity (cm/s) or End Diastolic Velocity (cm/s) of any side of Renal Artery
Time frame: 1 year
Any kind of radiographic measurement one of Peak Systolic Velocity (cm/s) or End Diastolic Velocity (cm/s) of any side of Femoral Artery
Time frame: 1 year
Incidence of mortality rate (case per 1,000 person-year) of hypertensive participants were underwent measurement the diameter one side of one of common carotid artery and/or renal artery and/or femoral artery
