Through pharmacometric approaches-including modeling, mathematics, and statistics-this work aims to refine the levothyroxine sodium tablet (brand name: Euthyrox) dosing strategy in post-thyroidectomy cancer patients, enabling individualized precision dosing to minimize side effects and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
