NCT Number: NCT07741760

Time frame: Measured during a single study visit Day 1 while participants performed the exercise conditions.
Surface electromyographic activity (%MVIC) of the erector spinae, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, semimembranosus, upper and lower rectus abdominis, medial gastrocnemius, and lateral gastrocnemius was measured during single-leg bridge and single-leg bridge with heel raise exercises performed on a mat and on a reformer under five different spring resistance conditions.
