About this study

The specific effects of virtual reality on stress, pain levels, and vital signs during fine needle biopsy in patients with hyperthyroidism have not yet been adequately studied. This study aims to investigate the effects of virtual reality on stress, pain levels and vital signs in patients diagnosed with hyperthyroidism who underwent fine needle biopsy.

Healthy volunteers accepted: No

Only the study team can determine whether someone qualifies for participation.

Inclusion criteria

Being between 18-80 years old
Agreeing to participate in the study
No obstacle to wearing virtual reality glasses
Patients undergoing biopsy for diagnostic purposes
No problems with vision or hearing

Exclusion criteria

Those with major psychiatric disorders
Those with any obstacle to communication
