. As with all NSAIDs, diclofenac exerts its action via inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1)

Giving Diclofenac + HBB with hysteroscopy
Giving Diclofenac + placebo with hysteroscopy
Time frame: within half an hour
